Developers have unveiled plans for a new structure that could take the place of a city center's former Debenhams department store.
On the site of the defunct store in Norwich, Lanpro plans to erect a complex of stores, recreational facilities, and housing for students.
Prior to a public consultation event on June 23 it has made an artist's rendering of the development available.
The building developer is preparing plans to present to the city council.
After Debenhams shut its doors for the last time in May 2021, it bought the structure, which will be known as Orford House.
The Orford Place location had been occupied by the department store chain since the 1950s.
Prior to the submission of official plans later this summer, a number of pre-applications regarding the redevelopment of the store have been made to Norwich City Council.
400 students could be housed in shared housing and studios created overhead, with retail and entertainment facilities built on the ground and lower ground floors.
On June 23, from noon to 18:30 BST, at The Forum in Norwich, or online until 08:00 on June 26, Lanpro is hosting an open forum where people can voice their opinions on the preliminary plans.
