The festival witnessed the marriage of a couple who have attended Glastonbury each year for the past nine years.
In a handfasting ceremony, Stuart Beauchamp, 49, and his wife Anna Stevens, 44, had their wrists tied together to symbolize their commitment to one another.
The couple described themselves as "blessed" to be able to "put our own stamp" on their union.
Mr. Beauchamp replied, "Until she needs to go potty," when asked how long they intended to tie the cloth. ".
Despite having been together for four weeks, the happy couple chose to have the traditional ceremony seal their union.
Following the ceremony, Ms. Stevens admitted that she was "quite emotional.".
This is the cherry on top because we've been together for almost 25 years and try to visit Glastonbury each year, she said.
For the ceremony, the Birmingham-based couple wore wedding attire with "Day of the Dead" influences.
Glenda Procter, a celebrant from Gloucestershire's Forest of Dean, presided over the ceremony.
"I believe that what couples truly experience is very private and intimate.
"This ceremony is centered on love for them. " .
Glastonbury is a very special place for couples, she continued, where "all sorts of things happen."
