Manchester's parklife enjoys the music and sunshine of the weekend

Girls Don't Sync: Sunday

At Manchester's Parklife festival, thousands of people spent a sunny weekend dancing and listening to music.

Over two days, attendees from all over the UK enjoyed live performances and DJ sets at the Heaton Park festival.

The festival featured The Prodigy, Flo, Fred Again, Aitch, and The 1975 as its headliners. Little Simz and numerous others to its stages.

And not even a storm, which forced Sunday's festival to be postponed and caused traffic problems, could dampen the mood.

As the stages presented big tunes and bigger performances, there were hands in the air for the majority of the weekend.
Rudimental - Saturday
The festival's main stage's performance by Rudimental on Saturday was one of the night's highlights.

Some people defied the oppressive heat and danced in the Palmhouse.

Despite a slight change in the weather on Sunday, the quality of the music remained high, with performers like Flo putting on excellent sets.
