The High Court has been informed by a doctor from Londonderry who was victimized by a plot to keep her from working after comments she made regarding the Covid-19 vaccination.
Following numerous complaints in 2021 regarding her remarks, Dr. Anne McCloskey was placed on leave.
She should remain suspended, according to the General Medical Council (GMC).
Dr. McCloskey informed the court on Monday that her professional reputation had been "arbitrary removed.".
She claimed that members of the medical community and government agents have plotted against her in court in Belfast on Monday.
She said to Mr. Justice Rooney, "I'm alleging fraud and misrepresentation.
"Senior members of the medical profession conspired with government agents to revoke my license to practice medicine right from the start of the process that led to my suspension," the plaintiff claimed.
In an online video posted in August 2021, Dr. McCloskey expressed concerns about young people receiving Covid vaccinations.
After receiving numerous complaints about her remarks, a tribunal issued an 18-month suspension the following month.
The GMC is currently requesting that the restrictions be prolonged while all pertinent investigations are ongoing.
More than 20,000 people have signed an online petition calling for Dr. McCloskey to be reinstated, the self-represented doctor told the High Court.
She claimed that she has awaited due process for two years.
"Fairness and justice have not been shown to me. The only thing that's been said is the word'misinformation,' and that I'm dangerous to the patients, she claimed.
Judge Rooney postponed the case until later this week. He claimed that it would take more time to review all pertinent legal documents.
Attorney for the GMC informed the court that he is still prepared to handle the case.
