After a shooting left two people dead and 28 others hurt in the US city of Baltimore, police are looking for multiple suspects.
In the early hours of Sunday, gunfire broke out at a block party in the city's Brooklyn Homes neighborhood, injuring 15 children among others.
People were seen escaping the shooting in video obtained by the BBC's US partner CBS.
Police said it's unclear whether the attack was targeted, and they're looking for at least two suspects.
In the south of the city, in a courtyard between two rowhouses, the shooting started around 00:35 local time (04:35 GMT). Police searched a large crime scene for evidence for several hours on Sunday and have made an information request to the public.
Police reported that 20-year-old Kylis Fagbemi was declared dead at the hospital, while 18-year-old Aaliyah Gonzales passed away at the scene.
Most of the victims, who ranged in age from 13 to 19, were teenagers. Police reported that the other people were 20, 22, 23, 31, and 32 years old.
At the hospital on Sunday afternoon, nine victims were still there.
Brandon Scott, the mayor of Baltimore, stated that his office was devoting every resource at its disposal to apprehending those responsible.
He declared, "We won't stop until we find you, and we will find you. "What happened here was a careless, cowardly act. ".
He wished for them to consider the lives they had taken and the lives they had impacted here tonight with each and every breath they took.
According to Acting Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley, the block party was "unpermitted" because the police weren't alerted in advance. He further stated that officials would look into the actions taken by officers after they learned of the gathering.
Hundreds of people were at the party when the chaotic scene broke out, according to witnesses at the scene.
Danny Gonzalez, 57, told the Washington Post that he heard gunshots from his home and saw kids running away. Danny Gonzalez is not related to the woman who died in the shooting.
