Aoife Mannion, a defender for Manchester United, is one of the two players without international experience in the Republic of Ireland squad.
The 27-year-old and Marissa Sheva will be present at the 10-day training camp and friendly match in Spain against China.
Mannion, a Birmingham native who played for England at the U23 level but was twice called up to the senior team but did not play, was called up twice.
She switched her allegiance to the nation in which her mother and father were born.
The Washington Spirit forward Sheva also received permission to represent her grandparents' nation internationally.
After missing the 4-0 friendly victory over Morocco in November, WSL players Ruesha Littlejohn, Megan Connolly, and Heather Payne are back in the 26-person squad. Also included are Glasgow City defender Claire Walsh and Durham goalkeeper Naoisha McAloon.
Numerous players for Pauw are out injured, including Niamh Fahey and Leanne Kiernan of Liverpool, along with Savannah McCarthy, Chloe Mustaki, Ellen Molloy, Jess Ziu, and Aoife Colvill.
The squad will convene on Monday and be based in Marbella, Spain. On February 22, in Cadiz, they play the champions of the Women's Asian Cup, China.
The Republic of Ireland will use it as practice for the first-ever Women's World Cup, where they will play the co-hosts Australia in the opening match on July 20.
